Abstract Submission Guidelines

• Abstracts must be submitted via the online abstract submission portal in the conference website.
• All abstracts must be prepared using the following guidelines.
• The content should not exceed 250 words and structured under the following headings: Title, Introduction/ background, Aims/ objectives, Methods, Results, and Conclusions.
• More than one submission is allowed by the same presenting author.

PAPER PRESENTATION GUIDELINES

👉 Free Paper:Each presentation will be for (6+1) minutes only

👉 Award Paper:

• Presentation will be for (8+2) minutes only.
• Hospital affiliation and authors’ name should not be disclosed during the presentation or else it will lead to automatic rejection.
• To be considered for award category, full text in the format (Title, Introduction/ background, Aims/ objectives, Methods, Results, and Conclusions) should be mailed to connect@nssaspine2026.com, at the time of submission of the abstract or by 15^th July 2026.
• The presenter should be a member of NSSA or provide proof of having applied for membership at the time of full text submission.

👉 Please strictly adhere to the time.

👉 Personal laptops will not be allowed to ensure smooth and seamless proceedings. NO requests regarding use of the same will be entertained.

Terms & Conditions

• All submissions will be reviewed by the conference scientific committee.
• Abstract acceptance and the type of presentation allotted (oral/ poster) shall be based on the scientific weightage of the submissions. The committee’s decision shall be final in this regard.
• The presenter will be notified of the review outcome by email address provided at the time of submission.
• The presenting author must register to attend the conference by 31st July, 2026, for the accepted abstracts to be included in the final scientific program schedule.
